Retrieve any codes from the vehicle with a scan tool to help zero in on it being a sensor or motor related concern. Sometimes the encoder motor requires replacement and you are good to go, where other times the unit itself is in need of replacing or rebuilding. After repairs, we reset the codes and road test the vehicle to ensure proper function has been restored to all drive modes. Always use the manufacturer recommended fluids for best results.
